The La Balette restaurant offers gourmet cuisine at the Relais des 3 Mas hotel in Collioure.

This gastronomic restaurant in Collioure, starred in the Michelin guide since 2008, is one of the most popular restaurants on the Côte Vermeille. From the top of its terraces, it has a beautiful sea view over the bay of Collioure. The same delight is on the plate with an inventive cuisine produced by chef Laurent Lemal, who, for all the guests, will be happy to prepare a tasting menu for you depending on the menu and the market. The desserts are the work of pastry chef Aurore Planes. Here are some dishes that this extraordinary chef will offer you: Foie gras from the house "Collverd", creamy goat cheese and candied sour cherries, crustacean jus "galère de la mer", squab: roast breast, candied leg sticks, eggplant and red fruits, pigeon juice ..., sublime from start to finish until dessert.
